Terms and Conditions:

• Sponsorship deadline March 31, 2026; early-bird bonus newsletter feature provided if sponsorship payment is received by December 17, 2025. Full sponsorship pledge must be received before sponsorship benefits begin.

• Company logos must be received no later than March 31, 2026 to be on printed materials. Please send all logos in jpg or pdf format to laura@nawm.org. Logos should be a minimum of 200 x 200 pixels at 300 dpi.

• It is understood that NAWM provides continuous promotion of the event with significant exposure to supporters via marketing emails, online agenda, website recognition and social media from the early launch of the 2026 Annual STFC Meeting marketing campaign, throughout the event and post event and that there is value to this promotion. Should plans for the venue, format, or date of the 2026 Annual STFC Meeting change, the following conditions would apply:

• Should the 2026 Annual STFC Meeting be moved to a virtual-only format, sponsors who stay at the same level with full support towards the continued success of the meeting will be provided additional virtual benefits that may include increased registrations and added exposure as determined by their selected level. For those who opt not to stay with full support if moved to virtual only, these options would be available: 

• Egret, Loon, and Kingfisher Sponsors will have the option to downgrade one level at regular pricing with 80% of the difference (from what was paid or committed to less regular pricing of level downgraded to) put towards another NAWM offering or sponsorship of the 2027 Annual STFC Meeting.

• Sponsors may withdraw as described below.

• Should the 2026 STFC Annual Meeting be moved to a new venue or new date within 2026, this would not be a cancellation, and no refunds or additional benefits will be provided.

• Should a sponsor request to withdraw their sponsorship, refunds will be provided according to the schedule and amounts listed below:
  • Withdrawal by December 31, 2025 = 75% refund
  • Withdrawal by February 27, 2026 = 50% refund
  • Withdrawal after February 27, 2026 = no refund
