Non-Federal Employee - Hotel Information

Please note, Non-Federal Employees need to pay for their hotel reservation with this form. Single Room is $155 per night + 17.56 tax per night. There are no rooms in our room block for Thursday, May 12th. If you plan to spend the night, you will need to make arrangements either with the conference center or at another hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR REGISTRATION:

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:

Per the MMC contract, individual room reservation cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
Any cancellations/no shows received after that time will be charged one night’s room rate and tax.
Deadline is Thursday, May 5, 2022 by 5:00 p.m. ET
