Subject: Remote Participation in ASWM
State/Federal Coordination Meeting
State/Federal Contacts,
The
Association of State Wetland Managers’ (ASWM) Annual State/Tribal/Federal
Coordination Meeting is scheduled for March 13-15 at the National Conservation
Training Center near Shepherdstown, WV.
We now have remote access to the formal meeting sessions for those who
are not able to attend. We recognize that participating remotely will limit the
amount of information sharing and coordination that will be available to remote
participants. However, we have had some requests for a remote participation
option and we are glad to be able to provide it.
We
are working with the National Conservation Training Center to make this
possible. We will be making the meeting sessions available through the "Go
to Webinar" software that ASWM uses for its regular webinars. Participants will need both a computer and a
phone to participate. For this to work,
we need an accurate head count of the number of computers/phone lines that will
need to be reserved. We invite you to participate by identifying the times when
you would like to participate remotely.
The detailed agenda may be found at http://www.aswm.org/state_meetings/2012/agenda.pdf.
